Getting Started


Here’s how you can become a member of our N6 Family.

Step 1

Contact us by sending an email at We’ll get back to you right away and set up a time for you to come in, get a 30 minute assessment and try a FREE WEEK. We can discuss your Goals and make a plan to help you succeed in accomplishing them. In your first 1 hour class, you’ll get a feel for our community and what CrossFit is really about. CrossFit works so well for our clients since it can be modified, and used for people with all levels of fitness.

Step 2

After your Free Week, you can decide to start at CrossFit N6 and join the family. We will also set up a few one on one or small group sessions that will help you better understand the CrossFit methodology, and help  you effectively start the  program. Our goal is to ensure that our members are as safe as possible and therefore ensure that your body is prepared for the movements to come.

Step 3

You are now ready to start! We take the knowledge we’ve gained from your assessment and place you in the appropriate program in our classes, and you’re going to be amazing.  We run programs for beginners, intermediate and advanced athletes and help you progress throughout the program safely while having a whole lot of fun. Whether it’s CrossFit classes or Personal Training,  we can help you decide. We know that everyone is not the same, and may no need to be part of the same program.  For individualized programming, and lifestyle coaching you can work with one of our coaches one on one, giving you the attention you need.
